10 YEAR EXTENDED WARRANTY

for the Rayne Guardian, RXD Series and Infiniti Series Residential Water Softeners

In consideration of the payment of a $79.00 fee, Rayne Corporation extends the provisions of the original warranty as follows: upon receipt from the original owner of any mechanical or electronic parts, which are found to be defective in material or workmanship, Rayne will repair or replace the defective parts, at no charge for those parts for 10 years from date of installation.

Coverage: This warranty covers the Rayne Water System delivered to the original owner when the system is purchased for personal, family or household use.

To place the equipment under warranty, the attached information must be completed, separated at perforation and returned by the original owner to Rayne Water within 30 days of installation.

Should a defect or malfunction occur, contact your dealer. If you are unable to contact your dealer, then contact Rayne Corporation.

All defective parts must be returned, along with the equipment serial number and date of original installation, to an Authorized Rayne Dealer or Rayne Corporation prepaid, and replacement parts will be returned by Rayne freight collect.

This warranty excludes: Labor, transportation and related cost incurred by the consumer to make the allegedly defective equipment available for repair or replacement.

All other provisions and limitations stated in the original warranty apply to the Extended Warranty. Rayne does not grant anyone the right to alter this warranty. Any implied warranties on the product described in this warranty will not be effective after the expiration of this warranty.

Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations and exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
